These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between AJ999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who registers an account, accesses, browses or otherwise uses the AJ999 website and related services available at https://aj999.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting any promotional offer or placing any wager on the AJ999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms and any other policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. AJ999 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts and void bets or winnings if these Terms are breached at any point.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Age Requirement

To register an account and use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited and any winnings voided.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not target or intend to provide services in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. By registering, you warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the laws of the country or territory in which you reside.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or alias accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.4 Personal Accounts Only

Accounts may only be registered and used by the individual whose details are provided at registration. You may not register on behalf of a third party, allow a third party to use your account, or transfer your account to another person. All winnings, bonuses and other entitlements belong exclusively to the registered account holder.

• You must be 18 years of age or older (or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction).
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms.
• You must not have been previously banned or permanently excluded from the Platform.
• You must provide true, accurate and current personal information at registration.
• You must not be acting as an agent, employee, contractor or affiliate of AJ999 in respect of the same account.

4.1 Registration

To open an account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at the Platform's discretion at any point during the account lifecycle — Users are required to submit identity and address verification documents. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport or driving licence) and a proof of address dated within the previous three months.

The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent verification stage is true, accurate, current and complete. Any material misrepresentation, omission or falsification entitles the Platform to immediately close your account and void all associated balances and winnings.

5.1 Deposits

Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods made available by the Platform from time to time. Available methods may include bank transfers, mobile wallet services and other electronic payment options. Payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that any named institution endorses, affiliates with or authorises gambling activity through AJ999. Actual available channels are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. All KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal is approved. The Platform reserves the right to verify the source of funds prior to processing any significant withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and depend on the chosen payment method and the operator's review process.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. The Platform may revise these limits at any time. PKR-denominated limits are provided as a convenience reference; actual transaction processing depends on the capabilities and policies of the relevant payment provider.

5.4 Currency

AJ999 supports PKR-referenced account management as a convenience for Pakistani users. Currency conversion may apply depending on the payment provider used. The Platform is not responsible for currency conversion losses or fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5.5 Unclaimed Balances

If an account remains inactive (no login, deposit or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more, the Platform reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the cashier terms, or to close the account. Users will be notified before any fee is applied.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers published on the Platform are subject to specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotional term and these Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and maximum bet size during bonus play are specified in the individual bonus terms. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 5,000 bonus at 20x wagering requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Actual figures vary by promotion.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated free spins carry an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically and are not recoverable.

6.4 Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active on your account, placing a single bet or spin in excess of the maximum bet limit specified in the promotional terms may result in the bonus being voided in full, regardless of whether any wagering requirement has been partially completed.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed by the same individual across multiple accounts, through coordinated activity, through the exploitation of a technical error or promotion vulnerability, or in any manner inconsistent with the spirit of genuine recreational play. Bonus abuse constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• All PKR amounts in bonus descriptions are illustrative examples only — always read the specific promotion terms.
• One welcome bonus per household, IP address and payment method.
• Bonuses are not transferable and carry no cash value outside the Platform.
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Free spin winnings may be subject to a separate wagering requirement as stated in the promotion.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

The Platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has accepted it and a confirmation message has been displayed. Displaying a bet in the bet slip does not constitute acceptance.

7.2 Errors and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or pricing error that results in a bet being placed or accepted incorrectly, the Platform reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the User's account balance. The Platform is not liable for losses suffered as a result of any technical failure, interruption or connectivity issue on the User's side or the Platform's side.

7.3 Sports Betting — Live Markets

Live in-play betting markets, including those covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament fixtures, football and UFC events, are offered subject to real-time data availability. The Platform's determination of the outcome of a sporting event shall be final for settlement purposes. Bets may be settled using official competition results or verified third-party data feeds.

7.4 Casino Games — RTP and RNG

Casino games are supplied by certified technology partners whose products use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed where available. Theoretical RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on any individual session. The house edge is inherent to all casino games.

7.5 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all bets placed from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the Platform immediately via the support channels provided. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from the use of your account credentials by a third party where those credentials were not adequately secured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, chip dumping or any activity that violates AML obligations.
• Coordinating with other Users to exploit promotions, exploit game vulnerabilities or manipulate sporting outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with Platform software.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving services.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Any conduct that AJ999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

9.1 Termination by the Platform

AJ999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected underage use, or where continued provision of services to the User would cause the Platform to breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed. Real-money balances remaining after fulfilment of all applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account (whether by the Platform or by the User), access to the Platform will be revoked. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play will be forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, governing law and dispute resolution will survive termination.

All content on the AJ999 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data and the overall layout and design — is owned by or licensed to AJ999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, sell, licence or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from AJ999. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings

The Platform makes no representations, warranties or guarantees that you will profit from gambling activity. All forms of gambling carry inherent risk of financial loss. The house edge is real and applies to all games. Participation in gambling activities should be approached purely as entertainment.

11.2 Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AJ999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our reasonable control.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AJ999 and its officers, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damage. The Platform's total liability for any direct damages arising from a single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

11.4 Third-Party Payment Providers

AJ999 is not responsible for the policies, delays, errors or service interruptions of any third-party payment provider. References to payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are purely for contextual familiarity and do not imply endorsement of or affiliation with this Platform by any named institution.

12.1 Age Verification

12.2 Self-Management Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Users directly from the account settings area:

13.3 Formal Complaints

If informal resolution is not achieved, you may escalate your complaint through the Platform's formal complaints procedure as described on the support pages. Formal complaints will be acknowledged and investigated in accordance with the operator's complaints-handling policy.

13.4 Final Decisions

In respect of the outcome of any sporting event or casino game on the Platform, the Platform's decision shall be final. Disputes regarding technical errors, settlement decisions or bonus applications must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event.

AJ999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform's notification mechanisms (which may include an on-platform notice, email to the registered address, or a prominent announcement on the homepage) before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
